Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by NSI Surveillance Inc.. By purchasing products from NSI Surveillance Inc., the customer agrees to the following terms.

1 Payment Terms

• Payment terms are Cash on Delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.
• Returned checks incur a $25 processing fee.
• Late payments may incur a $50 late fee and 1.5% monthly interest.

2 Pricing and Quotations

• Quotes valid for 30 days.
• Prices subject to change without notice.
• No price protection after purchase.

3 Returns and Refunds

• 30-day return policy.
• RMA required before returning products.
• Products must be in resalable condition.
• Restocking fee up to 20% may apply.

4 Limited Warranty

NSI may repair, replace, or issue store credit at its sole discretion.

5 Warranty Periods

• 3 Years – Uniview Recorders
• 3 Years – IP Cameras
• 1 Year – Analog Cameras
• 1 Year – Accessories
• 2 Years – Power Supplies

6 Return Merchandise Authorization

RMA required before returning equipment.

7 DOA Policy

Products reported DOA within 10 business days may qualify for return shipping.

8 Cybersecurity Disclaimer

NSI does not guarantee protection against hacking or cyber intrusion.

9 Network Dependency

System performance may depend on internet connectivity and network configuration.

10 Surveillance Legal Compliance

Customer must comply with all recording and privacy laws.

11 NDAA Compliance

NDAA compliant products will be supplied when requested.

12 Data Loss Disclaimer

NSI is not responsible for lost recordings or data.

13 Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

14 Force Majeure

NSI is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond its control.

15 No Guaranteed Evidence or Recording

Surveillance systems do not guarantee events will be recorded.

16 Installation Responsibility

NSI acts as a product supplier and distributor.

17 Product Availability

Manufacturers may discontinue products without notice.

18 Third-Party Compatibility

Compatibility between manufacturers is not guaranteed.

19 Authorized Distribution

Warranty may depend on authorized distribution channels.

20 Export Control

Customers must comply with U.S. export laws.

21 Tariff Adjustment

Pricing may change due to tariffs or supply chain conditions.

22 No Life-Safety System Disclaimer

Products are not designed as life-safety systems.
